Terms of Service

GC SPARK is an independent online gift card exchange platform owned and operated by Tayyaba Khalid, based in Pakistan. GC SPARK is not affiliated with or endorsed by the gift card brands referenced or accepted through the platform unless expressly stated otherwise. GC SPARK allows customers to submit eligible gift cards for verification and, where approved, receive payment according to the applicable offer and terms. A submission is not guaranteed to be approved. Payment is issued only after the required verification and eligibility checks are completed.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, a US resident, and the legal owner of the gift card(s) you sell. By submitting, you affirm these are true.

2. The trade

You provide the card details. We provide a quoted rate at submission time, applied to the verified balance.
If the balance matches and the card is authentic, we pay the quoted rate. No haggling, no last-minute adjustments.
If the verified balance is lower than what you submitted, we will tell you, give you the option to accept the lower payout, or to walk away with no fee.

3. What we may reject

Cards that have been previously submitted across our system.
Cards reported lost or stolen by the original purchaser.
Cards with balances under our $50 minimum per card.
Cards with photos so unclear our team can't authenticate them.
Submissions that show patterns of fraud.

4. Payouts

Once a card is approved, we initiate the payout the same business day via your selected rail. We do not switch rails after submission.

Network delays are outside our control.

Once a payout is sent and the rail confirms delivery, the transaction is final.

5. Our right to refuse

We may decline a submission at our discretion if we suspect fraud, regulatory risk, or policy abuse.

6. Liability

GC SPARK's liability is capped at the quoted payout amount for a given submission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be sent to the email on file at least 14 days before they take effect.

Independent service statement

GC SPARK operates independently from all gift card issuers. The brands featured on this website do not sponsor, authorize, or endorse GC SPARK's services. References to third-party trademarks are made solely for identification purposes.
